This is the personal portfolio website of Mytruc Nguyen. This policy explains what information is collected when you interact with the site and how it is used. By using the site you agree to what's described below.

The only personal information collected is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, your email address, and the message you send.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree (see Third-party services below). No additional personal data is collected automatically beyond standard server logs that may be kept by the hosting provider for operational purposes.

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used to build a profile of you.

This site relies on the following third-party providers:

• ▸ Formspree — handles contact form submissions and forwards them to my email. See their privacy policy.
• ▸ Vercel — hosts this site. Vercel may keep server logs as part of its standard operation; see their privacy policy.

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Your theme preference (light/dark mode) is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key mn-theme so the site remembers it on your next visit. localStorage stays in your browser; it is never transmitted off your device.

No analytics are collected on this site. There is no tracking script, no page-view counter, and no visitor reporting. If that changes in the future, this section will be updated and the "last updated" date above bumped.
